01.01.2022 Well Dad, if you were here we would be celebrating your 100th earthly birthday, well that would have been bloody amazing and miraculous coz an Angel in later years you were not The man I called Daddy, I was always to be your Daddy’s girl. It is on this day that I am aware, undoubtedly now, that not only were you my Dad but my inspirational ‘life ‘ teacher but also my early soul guide. ... You talked of equality before others, invested what little we had in the Encyclopaedia Brittanica, taught us right from wrong and were so tough in teaching my brothers lessons, clearly they were slow learners. Whilst Mum stayed in charge at headquarters you walked us over the hills of home. Taught us how to fish in the burns and the sea. Your beautiful singing always healed and bequiled us leaving us wanting more. I’m amazed that even now through my brother William that new stories can still unfold. Your great grandkids will love the stories as we continue to uncover more of the man my Mother fell in love with. Clearly good looks were not your only talent So proud to share ‘oor Willie’s’ birthday tribute. Stay together in that heavenly home my spirit family. We miss you all xxxx
