17.01.2022 Does anyone else feel like this? PIVOT, PIVOT, PIVOT ........ In the last few weeks, we have all found our lives turned upside down. We created dreams, visions, and plans for what we thought 2020 would look like, and within three months for some, that all turned to shit!... Lets turn it back into shine! 11.01.2022 Hi Guys, Ok, this was not a planned reading; however, I felt guided to pick some cards out, I was picking them out for my own guidance ha, then thought i should share them with you. Its up to you if you read this or not x Life is about choices? We are struggling because some choices have been taken away from us?... The cards today are all about going within and finding your real "why" and coming out the other side stronger than before. Now we have heard lots of talk around this being a time of reflection and give thanks for what we have in our lives, well this is true. However, I know lots of people are having a hard time at this time, and this will be making them look at whats essential even more, and struggling to keep a positive mindset may be very difficult at this time. Changing your mindset is sometimes not easy, trust me I work on this daily, however its important to get through this. Some will meditate, some will take a walk or exercise, some will read, and some will reflect and make plans for the future. Whatever you do to keep your mindset healthy do it daily, the one thing most people have found they have lots of at this time is time. Use it wisely, and you will come through this maybe even stronger than you went into it! Repetition is the key to creating new normality in this very un normal time. Find your passion again, in relationships, business, career, health? What did you want to change but never got around to? Create new plans. Some are having an awful time in isolation, its an enforced stop, for now, not forever, trust me this too will pass, and its up to you how you come out the other end. The world will look very different; however, only you will choose the way you look at it! Stay safe, dont take chances, and we will come out of this a lot quicker. Lots love and virtual hugs Annmarie

In 1993 my mum passed away from lung cancer; she was 47 years young; I was 26, the oldest of 6 children; the youngest was 9; I also had two small babies of my own, and life was pretty shit for us all and very stressful. I began to suffer from panic attacks and deep routed phobias that debilitated my life and the life of my family. Following years of total fear, I decided I was going to live life on my terms. I sought out some of the best therapists in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Reiki, acupuncture, you name it. I tried it all; however, what I was looking for was someone to fix me! It wasnt until I realised, just like Dorothy in the wizard of Oz, I had the power all along! I was the only person who could fix me. I just needed to know-how. It was then I took massive action and decided to change my life from the inside; this is when the magic happened. Was it easy no, was it worth it? Oh yes! I have spent many years learning strategies and techniques from some of the most magnificent and amazing people in the world, gaining this knowledge for change has enabled me to reach where I am today: Total freedom! I am the epitome of simplicity; therefore, I have taken all that I have learned and made it simple, yet still massively effective, and this is what I want to share with you.
