07.01.2022 Today I started early with a beautiful client. Ive been yoga which was wonderful and allowed me to be really present with my body. I then had coffee and brainstormed amazing new ideas with Genine and then a 2 hour massage at home. To finish off Im out at last at a networking event meeting up with new and old friends. 07.01.2022 Did you know our animals are sensitive to our energy? Some of my clients have told me that their pets wait on the bed for them while they have their session. This is because they too can feel the energy I work with. I'm a huge animal lover and as a bonus, I work with my client's pets at the same time I work with them, if needed.... Many women are shocked to discover their mood can affect their pet's health. When you're in a bad mood, your dog will take on your energy to try and help you feel better. They will try and cheer you up by getting their toys and if that doesn't work they may begin to have behavioural problems like weeing indoors to try and distract you. If you have spent a lot of time feeling anxious, stressed, frustrated or overwhelmed, your dog can become ill as they are unable to release the energy they have picked up from you. This can lead to expensive vets bills and a lot of unnecessary stress for you and your dog. Cats are a bit better at dealing with these negative energies as they can process a lot of it by purring and needing but if it's a very stressful environment for a long period of time, they will become sick too. 01.01.2022 This week has been a wonderful week for me. I've had women step up and say YES to working with me as they are done living the way they currently are. Steve and I have been invited by friends to go on a yacht around the Whitsundays and everything is taken care of, which is great as I have no idea how to sail a yacht! This is what happens when you do the inner work and be open to opportunities.... However, I've also spoken to women who are still willing to carry around their emotional baggage, shout at their children, cause their animals to be sick, and not have the courage to say YES to live a better life. When I speak to them and they are crying, I do everything I can to help them say YES to doing something for themselves but they are too scared.. too scared that things may change in their lives for the better. Sometimes they think it's better to stay stuck than to step into the unknown and take a chance. They are shocked when I point out which areas of their body are currently tight or blocked. Well, that is why they call me the Body Whisperer. I can feel the pain that they have become so used to and can no longer feel how much its affecting them. They are numb to these feelings or they think it's normal. Working with me is like being ready to drive a Range Rover or Mercedes and it's time to trade in the old vehicle that is desperate for a maintenance overhaul. To work with me privately comes at a cost. To work with myself, Genine Howard, and Serena Sandstrom as your team also comes at a cost because it's not free to upgrade your life. We all have to invest in ourselves to get the best results. I've spent thousands on myself over the years because I know it is so worth it. I want to help millions of women change their lives so I personally need to be the best that I can be. I am done trying to drag women out of their misery.
