24.01.2022 **NEWSFLASH COMMUNITY WIN** After a long and hard-fought joint community campaign to stop a contentious development proposal for 23 townhouses in Minto, we have achieved a tremendous victory. The Sydney Western City Planning Panel has today refused the development and local residents can celebrate a win for people power. Inglepark Estate residents value their suburban character, value green open space and value their quality of life. Congratulations to all of the local residents who worked hard to stop this incompatible development. We did it!! #StoptheSqueeze

23.01.2022 I was honoured to personally acknowledge Mr Keith Kent’s Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) awarded in the 2020 Queen’s Birthday Honours list for his extensive community involvement. Ingleburn’s Keith Kent OAM is known for his long-standing involvement in Lions Club International. Keith has also contributed to many other aspects of community life, including Scouts, P and Cs and various Council committees. Congratulations once again Keith on receiving this well-deserved recognition of tireless community service.
