24.01.2022 Now i did this pre-purchase inspection in Melton. I noticed patching and repair jobs on every wall. As per AS 4349.1 the building inspector cannot do an intrusive inspection and the inspection is limited to visual inspection only. But yes, we certainly can study the pattern and the extent of the cracks, its origin and its extent and can certainly draw inferences and give our best suggestions and recommendations. 21.01.2022 Just did a special purpose handover inspection for the brickwork for this custom build house by a Volume Big Builder and what i found was shocking.....The brickwork has been spoiled in many standards of the Brick Masonry. Not acceptable even for the render quality, with some compliance issues aswell, i wonder what will be our next course of action..

10.01.2022 Just did a defeect inspection in Truganina for the builders warranty insurance and this what i found. Now if in the warranty period as per Warranty Insurance code of QBE, the builder will have to fix this within the period.
