22.01.2022 We still have 1 position available for a professional HC driver. Position is full time interstate work, some weekends are required but not every weekend. Refrigerated freight experience is an advantage, but not essential. The ability to manage time and meet timeslots is a must. Must have BFM or willing to obtain. Good pay and good work life balance. 17.01.2022 Free Showers for Truckies We've just seen the problems truck drivers are having on ABC's 'Landline' programme - if you are a truckie passing through Cunnamulla,... we can help offer you a free hot shower and rest stop for a little while - social distancing measures must apply. We have hand sanitising lotion available, as well as individual packaged soaps for you, but unfortunately we can't supply towels. This is for truck drivers only, and not for caravans or campers - thank you for your understanding. These truckies have helped us all out here delivering hay during the drought, donating their time, equipment and fuel - it's our turn to try and help them in a small way. Update / Edit ! 30th March. A gazillion million thanks from us here at the pub - your response has been overwhelming! We'd love to raise a glass and toast all of you - but, errrrrrr, we wouldn't be able to stand up for very long....... Thanks so much for helping us out. Here in the outback, the bush, the towns, the cities or bushfire affected areas especially - we are all hurting and every little bit we can do helps too. If you can go out shopping, buy a pie from the bakery, a sandwich from the cafe, a shake from the local milkbar, even a six-pack from the local pub. Money is tight, absolutely, but just a couple of bucks a week on a treat isn't a bad thing. Wave to your neighbour, say g'day to the old folks on the corner. 01.01.2022 We are looking for a professional interstate HC driver to join our team. Position is an interstate overnight driving job, based on the North Coast NSW but would consider basing position out of Sydney, some weekend work required. This is not a depot depot position, pick ups and drops are required with some manual pallet jack loading/unloading. Previous refrigeration experience would be an advantage, and the ability to make time slots where required. Position requires knowledge of Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
