25.01.2022 Action Required please. In relation to the poor phone coverage at Ansons Bay and our quest to get the coverage improved, it has been requested that all shack owners email David Cleaver with the following details. 1. Your name;... 2. Your shack address; 3. The signal available to you currently; 4. The signals reliability; and most importantly 5. How much your signal has decreased since the tower upgrade. These emails will be compiled and will be sent off to Telstra as part of a submission in relation to the upgrading of the mobile service. 02.01.2022 The Ansons Bay Telecommunications Working Group was established in 2019 by residents to address the issues of inconsistent and irregular telecommunications services within the Ansons Bay area. Our group aims to collaborate with stakeholders to actively seek a realistic outcome of useable and effective mobile phone and internet services, and for the safety of residents, business owners, tourists industry, and visitors.
