17.01.2022 Today is a day of feels. 99.5% of the time I can flip my headspace from negative to positive quite easily. Today it has been a challenge. Why today? I’m not sure . And it doesn’t really matter why. It’s what I plan on doing for my headspace from now on. So, what have I done? 1. I booked in a visit with Mum and a walk with my niece and nephew later in the week. Creating hope and excitement for the future. ... 2. I nurtured my guts with a yummy lunch of chicken broth soup with plenty of fresh vegetables. I also added probiotics (I recently had to take antibiotics for my sliced up finger) 3. I took a short walk in the fresh air. 4. I cuddled my cat. (I’d hug hubby but he’s at work) 5. I avoided the news and the negative talk around me and tried turning all conversations to a state of gratitude and positivity. With all this I still feel flat. I know I will bounce up again. Who knows it might all be hormones!! Lol.
