09.01.2022 Holistic transformation Many people dream of owning a restaurant, but the reality of running and owning one is a gargantuan task not many can quite grasp. Unrelenting stress, huge demands and pouring every ounce of time into his restaurant left Chris’ health at the bottom of the list - and he suffered. You can only neglect yourself for so long, and in Chris’ case, his weight gain, rising anxiety, drinking, smoking and inability to remember simple things was a tipping point.... 04.01.2022 Best diet animal protein or plant based?! The answer to this may lie in Nutrition Bio-individuality Research has shown that people respond differently to digesting and absorbing foods! A good example of this can be take from the animal kingdom #daveadrebourgh. Lions have a completely different digestive system than cows i.e more compartment in there stomach! If you feed the lion only plant base food it would not do so well. vice versa if you feed only animal protein to a ...cow it would not be that good for them and may make them very ill. There both designed to eat and breakdown different foods. Similar we may have different nutritional needs to our neighbour. Research suggest this is due to our unique genetic make-up. In addition many important genes have been evolutionary conserved. Which means those genes have been here from the start of evolutionary history. Perhaps before we were even consciously aware that life existed. Interesting hey!? So what does it all mean basil?
