03.01.2022 Patience whilst we find the perfect buyer is the key. Why would you rush a sale and sell to the second third or fourth best buyer??? You can only sell your property once to one person so it has to be sold to the best buyer. Agents constantly talk about how their days on market are less then others. These agents however very rarely advertise the sale price.
