19.01.2022 New Client @christopher_pavlovski Chris recently joined my online PT program and has commited to 3 face to face sessions per week to get him started on the right track! Chris has a goal to gain muscle mass over the coming months and the commitment he has shown in these initial stages is fantastic! His program consists of many compound movements as we look to progressively overload where possible. Onwards and upwards! 12.01.2022 Shred complete! Sitting at 86kg right now. Over the past 3 months, I've lost 4kg in body fat whilst retaining my muscle mass. I did this through being in a slight caloric defecit, eating 2600 calories a day that cosisted of 250g protein, 195g carbs and 86g of fat. Additionally, I kept my workouts fairly similar, focusing on progressing or at least maintaining the amount of weight I was lifting during my compound movements (bench, squat etc). Through making minor tweaks to my... rep ranges and adding in some cardio, I was able to achieve my goal and enjoyed the whole process! 09.01.2022 Over the weekend, my friends and I did the Tomaree Head Summit walk while on holiday in Nelson bay. The hike was challenging, however the fantastic views and feeling of accomplishment at the top was definetly worthwhile! Hikes like this are a fun cardio method I like to incorporate into my own training. Doing these types of adventures also helps build mental resilience and provides you with the opportunity to unwind and live in the moment!
