22.01.2022 The cool change has finally hit. What a week. Thank you everyone for allowing us to start super early and work late to get as much done as possible. Apologies to those who we could not get to in time for that heat. Another big shout out to the CFS and MFS dealing with the fires, some currently still burning, i don’t know how you Guys and Girls do it. Being in this heat all week certainly took its toll on us, i cant imagine how it is for the firefighters.

To possibly save some more calls and messages we are fully booked until the 10th of Jan at this stage, we do have a cancellation list but it is very long. All the best, stay cool, drive safe Anthony

11.01.2022 An early start to try and beat some of that heat today. 44.5 (in the sun) at lunch time in Wasleys. The new 16kw Panasonic is going to get a real work out for the next couple days !
11.01.2022 New bramar550 to replace the old Brivis. Good start to the day. *Remember folks, with the extreme heat we are going to experience today. Many units (yes even new ones) may struggle. refrigerated units Keep your house closed up, keep sunlight out. Minimise the area you are trying to cool (dont try and cool every room) For those with split or split ducted systems you may find that very carefully hosing off the outdoor coil will help keep the unit from cutting out. Or set up a ...sprinkler near by so that some cool water sprays onto the coil - We do not advise you do this unless you are confident to do so and to do it safely. Evaporative units try and keep to one end of the house and have that external door or window open to allow all the flow to come past that point, dont run the fan on top speed it will only deliver warmer air. 1/2-3/4 speed is the sweet spot where the air comes in contact with the wet pad for long enough to cool down. We are doing our best to get to as many people as possible today, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Be safe everyone.
10.01.2022 We’re sure everyone waking up this morning is noticing the very humid weather across South Australia today, just take a look a Ken’s hair do! A quick reminder that those of you with Evaporative cooling may find that the system struggles in these conditions. You may also find that your tiled floor appears wet or damp (and slippery) if you’re experiencing this we recommend you use your units fan function only and turn the cool off. Those with reverse cycle units (split systems and ducted) may find that the drain hose is working overtime today. It is quite normal for these units to extract a lot of moisture from the air as part of the cooling process, keeping your filters clean will ensure good airflow and hopefully less drain blockages. Yes, its going to be warm and muggy today. Hopefully that cool change isn’t too far away.
06.01.2022 Hi everyone, we hope you’re all keeping safe, and sane for those parents homeschooling ! We have some exciting news to share that may just help you get your new Airconditioning system installed without putting more financial pressure on the household in the current situation. And help us keep trading through these uncertain times. We have had many customers asking (for years) and it has taken some time but we can finally offer INTEREST FREE FINANCE - for all installations, a...nd even repairs if the need arises. This is set up and ready to go with several customers already taking advantage of the new finance option. For more details or if you would just like a quote to see where you’re at and what you can afford, give us a call 0422546313 [email protected] Photo of a recent instal we completed with a high wall mounted condenser in a two story unit.
06.01.2022 We have all seen the funny memes, and upset we can’t go watch our footy teams play but i just wanted to touch base to let you all know we are taking this very seriously and therefore taking every precaution to keep you, your home and ourselves safe whilst still maintaining a normal work load until we are further advised. We will wear industrial face masks while inside your house. All units serviced or installed will be fully wiped down with disinfectant wipes, and we sanitise our hands between each job. (No hand shakes ) We appreciate everyone’s support and understanding. We are all in this together folks, be safe and be kind!
05.01.2022 Incredibly humbled by the support we have received this week from our lovely customers, friends and family. Whether it being booking a service, quote for instal or just the calls and messages to see that we are ok during these rather uncertain times. At this stage we will continue to trade on and take it week by week, taking every extra precaution possible. I realise how lucky we really are to be considered essential and keep our jobs (at this stage) we would love if everyo...ne took the time to try and get to one small local business a week for anything at all. It really does all help. Tonight we got some amazing takeaway from Musque Food & Wine in Tanunda. These guys are doing an amazing job in a pretty terrible situation. We also got some coffee’s from the Two Wells Bakery (most mornings) and we cant forget our local regular dinner date spot Empire Cafe just a few of our favourites. Some of you know my (Anthony) passion is fishing, so i have made the effort to get into 3 local fishing tackle stores over the last fortnight to grab some bits and pieces just to support (like i needed an excuse haha) Gawler Fishing and Outdoors, Sportfishing Scene and Ray & Anne's Tackle & Marine these guys have all supported me over the years. Im-Press Promotions Gawler have always supplied our work shirts, jumpers, vests and jackets and we just ordered a heap more, super happy with everything we have purchased through them Il try to add to this list over the coming weeks/months. We’d love to hear about your favourite local small business and what you can do to help them through these times. All the best everyone, be safe, be kind. We are all in this together.
