25.01.2022 Big week for Mo-Space donations this week, 7 sessions and on top of that we will donate $2.00 per goal scored by wolves first grade today in the 4-1 win over North Shore Mariners. 23.01.2022 Not as busy of a week this week the rain certainly impacted things for Mo-Space donations this week, we got in two group sessions with our friends Chippers Finishing School on Monday evening and this morning We will be donating $2.00 per session for this week, so only a small donation of $4.00. 23.01.2022 Boom and we are back in action! In light of the lift in COVID-19 restrictions we are delighted to be back and running sessions. Today during Trent Lasty Last's session we had a special guest!... Young Wyatt joined in on his Dad's session. Until the resumption of football in NSW we will be running a special on 1 on 1's and 2 on 1's, sessions will only be $30.00 per person. Due to the ongoing pandemic I wont be training anymore than two at time. Social distancing will also be incorporated in training sessions. As with anything if you are feeling unwell stay home. 22.01.2022 After yesterday’s press conference, we essentially can operate business as usual. Therefore all personal training sessions will resume, football sessions will continue and group sessions will still continue however they will be capped at a maximum of 5 participants. Please note all sessions will have social distancing practices and please if you feel unwell let me know!... Obviously things are ever changing so this may change. Cheers Anthony!

14.01.2022 Hi everyone, I have recently decided to set up a page to promote a business I am looking to get started in the near future. My business will be strongly related to sports coaching and wellness. With my main sport of interest being football however I can relate to any code of sports conditioning. A little bit of background information on me including my qualifications.... I currently hold a Bachelors degree in Sports Coaching and Administration, My FFA/AFC "C" licence as well as a diploma in fitness. I have worked in various different sports environments throughout the Illawarra, Sydney and the UK as well as covering multiple roles, from background staff to head coach and various different age groups. My business will also tie in with my Herbalife business so not only can we have you training right but refuelling right as well. For more information feel free to shoot me a message. 03.01.2022 COVID-19 update, Due to renovations at home during the pandemic I have been pretty slack with updates on training. However we are hopefully going to be able to resume training at full capacity very shortly.
