22.01.2022 Hello Everyone, Last night in the Gold Coast we launched this months theme, The Resurrection - an initiation into revitalising and reviving something..and oh boy it was something alright. We went deep, we went hard, we went soft..it was poetic. Right now as our world stands, I shake my head writing this as its such a contrast to the doom and gloom were all a part of. And yet, its within our capacity to journey into the uncomfortable that is also our liberation.... Thats what Conscious Clubbing is all about. Its no longer an ecstatic dance, its beyond that. Its an opportunity to deep dive into our ocean of humanity that is held, safe and delicious in so many waysand emerge healed, transformed and ALIVE. How that feels to me..I cant really describe it, Im in the thick of it, awash with the glow of co-creating something very special with my friend and partner, Mark Pringle. Ill also presence the many, many Angels who support us in all the ways that activate Group Magic. 07.01.2022 I first started this piece back in 2014, took me two years to download/allow/get out of the way to finish it, Radiance - The Four Directions. It began life on p...aper, then photographed, digitally remastered by me, then printed onto fabric as altar cloths, wall hangings, to superb quality acrylic prints and Im sure Ive splashed it onto every wall/screen Ive VJd. Practically the whole time Ive had visions of it becoming animated. Now Im working on that too..bringing this amazing piece to 3D animated life. Ive had to learn/am learning the software to do this and its a fairly steep learning curve. What to do... This dream must be fulfilled. So, heres a sneak peak of the very beginnings of our 3D journey and a bit of a history tour. 07.01.2022 The Muse - those goddesses who preside over the arts and sciences..originally the daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne in Greek and Roman mythology.. Made manifest h...ere with this ritual contribution my Beloved Alanna Vierling-Severin created for herself then shared with me. Ive played it twice now in my VJ set, at Brissy and the SC @ Conscious Clubbing. Both times I FELT her transmission..and LOVED it. This extraordinary woman is a potent creative in her own right and my Muse (and so, so much more ). I sense the power of her devotion to me as I write this and as I feel into that, my creative lineage activated spanning back through eons of time..and I wonder what this world could be like if we swapped our keyboards for brushes and our harsh words for paint and began creating the most glorious picture of life, here on earth. Its the artists mandate to do just that, create inspiration. Ive shared a work in progress with you also, Unity Consciousness, 3 or 4 years weve been eyeing each other off as it currently stands. Yet its been stirring in me lately to complete this piece, as in, its been calling for my presence, pencil and ink. Feels like perfect timing right now...stay tuned Mark Pringle and I have begun posting about our September Conscious Clubbing offerings and Ill share that my sacred artwork is appearing more and more in my visual sets as I digitally remaster my pieces into 3D. 05.01.2022 April 24, SUPERFREAK (part2). I've been feeling into why this theme had to run again and it's so obvious, it’s a massive Permission Piece in response to what's alive in the 'air' right now. Reconnection.... Releasing tension. Breaking the mould. Defying unhealthy choices. Redefining healthy boundaries. Honouring, respecting and liberating our Essence. Juicing up our bodies, each other and celebrating Life! So here's an invitation to that 'so called' freaky part of you to come and play, love, laugh or scream. All of you is welcome. Here's what Amy shared about last months gig: "I just want to share my experience in March at the Super Freak event by Alchemy of Sound & Light. I have been to a lot of ecstatic dance ceremonies and have never felt THIS SAFE and supported before. I loved the safety in the guidelines and agreements at the beginning of the ceremony and the permission to express all parts of myself, loud or as messy as they were. I let out an immense amount of grief and felt so accepted and supported to be in my process. There were also intimacy and connection exercises beforehand which really opened the space for authentic connection and expression. I particularly appreciated the exercise in owning my no. The whole night was a healing medicine journey. I recommend this event to anyone wanting to let loose, have fun and somatically express themselves. 02.01.2022 I've been inspired by the world of cryptocurrency for a while now and most recently NFT's and the opportunity for me to sell my art leaving minimal physical footprint. Somewhere inside of me I don't want to generate more 'stuff', consume more resources..I see the NFT realm my perfect opportunity to expand and explore. So, on a whim I created this!! The Stork ~ which symbolises that of protecting the home, families and children... When I consider this meaning and that I'll be a Daddy soon it makes perfect sense to me and I didn't think about it at the time, as always following my intuition. The design comes from one of my most famous designs, Stargate - The 16 Virtues of Humankind. If this NFT idea works I'll generate all of these into The Coinage Series. Wish me luck!
