19.01.2022 Well... that was a learning curve! The picture on the left LED TO the picture on the right.. a reverseformation. How crazy is that? what's even crazier is that I still thought my body wasn't good enough .... It was a classic case of restriction that let to massive rebound & relapse into old habits because I didn't have the skill set & daily habits in place to care for myself for the long term.
