18.01.2022 The Antidote team spent Sunday morning harvesting honey and learning about Australian Native Bees from our local suppliers/friends Mel + John. The Native bee produces far less honey than their European cousins, making availability minimal and seasonal. You may have had the pleasure of tasting this delicacy on our Summer menu earlier in the year and we will let you know when we have it available again.
