12.01.2022 Report back from Straight Lives Matter rally: We had many more people, we sang and we danced and we laughed and we loved but most of all we told the fascists to... get the fuck out. We did not let them anywhere near the Queer holocaust remembrance memorial and we created great bonds of solidarity and friendship. There were some young Queer people who came, and it was their first rally an they said it was a fantastic experience. For all of the liberal wah-wah about how we would destabalise the marriage equality debate, we've actually done nothing of the sort. Instead we have continued the spirit of queer resistance and we have given the next generation their first taste of the struggle. Today was a big positive for anti-fascists, however it would be wrong of us not to mention the role of the Liberal Party in laying the groundworks for the Party for Freedom hate rally today. This is all a direct consequence of their stupid fucking plebiscite.

07.01.2022 Just over 12 years ago, racial violence broke out in the usually tranquil beach suburb of Cronulla, with attacks directed towards those of Middle Eastern appear...ance on Dec. 11, 2005. It would be later dubbed as the Cronulla Riots. These riots were due to the mix of ignorance and alcohol with the underlying racism coming out after knocking back a few and having a pack mentality. Many were assaulted by the racist mob of "aussies" on the beach, others were chased down into servos and the local maccas had to be blockaded by the pigs to protect two ethnic teenagers. The racist mob being charged by the hate speech being spewed on the beach against "lebos" and "wogs", they later converged onto Cronulla station based on the rumour that there was a pack of "lebos" coming by the train. This was wrong by all accounts but two innocent ethnic guys sitting on the train copped it instead. With the police no where to be found surprisingly at the time, the two were outnumbered 2 to hundreds being bashed until a cop ran in and belted them with his baton which apparently caused controversy over "excessive force". According to the pigs, more than 270,000 text messages were circulated to incite a "racially motivated confrontation" the following Sunday, they included: "Just a reminder that Cronulla's 1st wog bashing day is still on this Sunday. Chinks bashing day is on the 27th and the Jews are booked in for early January." "Every fucking aussie. Go to Cronulla Beach Sunday for some Leb and wog bashing Aussie Pride ok." "All lebo / wog brothers. Sunday midday. Must be at North Cronulla Park. These skippy aussies want war. Bring ur guns and knives and lets show them how we do it." We haven't forgotten the Cronulla riots and never will we..
