23.01.2022 Here's a job that wasn't going to be easy work especially with the budget that my client had allowed on the job, and lately I have been very busy with some tedious jobs so approximately 6weeks ago I have had the opportunity to give an enthusiastic young man a couple of days a week work , he has shown that he has the ability and desire to learn and has picked up things much faster than I had anticipated . Although he has done a few pieces of furniture in the workshop for the s...hop , I thought it was time to give him a restoration job for a client of mine and pretty much I left it to him from start to finish . This Bali bench was in a very tired condition and needed quite a bit of work as you can see in the pictures, so I delivered it this morning and clients were extremely happy and I made the point of mentioning that I had let the recent employee take control of this job and they had nothing but praise for his work, Josh mate you did a absolutely fantastic job.
