Please come in and take a seat in reception and I will come out to meet you.... 14.01.2022 f&b back The old f&b back (an anti spa original term due to my love and admiration of the f&b cool kids) and as you can see on Trent Renzor above, one side of his trunk is a little compressed to the side. And if you watch a seasoned, classy waitress or bartender (maybe even right now as it is Saturday evening) you'll see them with their tray in hand balancing glasses and if you have the eyes of a massage therapist, you'll know their back is slightly tilted, probably to the ...right. And hey, this is not only a condition for drink slingers, because in a massage the other day a client who sits at a computer had f&b back. I used my elbows to run up the sides of her back to try and right the imbalance and prescribed her to do some twists and lateral rotations of her trunk to stretch her back. Superficially, when the knee is flexed, the popliteal foss...a is evident as a diamond-shaped depression posterior to the knee joint. The size of the gap between the hamstring and gastrocnemius muscles is misleading, however, in terms of the actual size and extent of the fossa. Deeply, it is much larger than the superficial depression indicates because the heads of the gastrocnemius forming the inferior boundary superficially form a roof over the inferior half of the deep part. When the knee is extended, the fat within the fossa protrudes through the gap between muscles, producing a rounded elevation flanked by shallow, longitudial grooves overlying the hamstring tendons.

Mel, Julie and the wonderful team at @hairgallery_rosny are welcoming me into their popular salon.... Currently my first day in rosny will be Wednesday 11th November. I am keeping my original days, but will make some changes to the hours I'm working. Today I am cleaning up the Bellerive clinic and will be changing my website, booking system and socials. 01.01.2022 W I L D R O S E This massage balm is pure decadence. Some shrug their noses away saying it smells like 'old ladies' but others, including me find it a very classy, luxurious smell. I am halfway thru this container of Wild Rose balm and now it is smelling of musk stick lollies and still just as classy
