25.01.2022 CLIENT OF THE MONTH OF JANUARY: Archana Big shoutout and congratulations to Archana for turning her life around and absolutely smashing her goals! We still have a few days before the end of January, but choosing her as Client of the Month was an easy decision to make. What a way to start 2021! She increased her whole body strength, muscle endurance and cardiovascular capacity by approximately 20-30% in the span of 10 weeks. More importantly, she managed to drop 7kg and 4.5% b...ody fat! Even more importantly, she has gained a great deal of enjoyment out of exercise and healthy living as a whole. Not only has she hit the gym a staggering 25 times in December (and roughly the same amount in January), but she has also made simple, yet beneficial changes to her diet which has made a tremendous difference overall. She’s lessened the processed stuff, sugar and calorie dense foods, and adapted a diet that is sustainable and enjoyable! Cannot be any prouder and happier for her! Congratulations once again, Archana!

08.01.2022 CLIENT OF THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY: Isaac Roberts Congratulations to Anton Fitness and Lifestyle’s CLIENT OF THE MONTH Isaac! He has won himself a Rebel Sport Gift Voucher for his troubles! Meet Isaac. University professor, PhD student, historian, rock climber and avid fitness enthusiast.... He is the PERFECT example of someone who leads an extremely busy lifestyle both in his professional and academic life, but manages to still remain very active and dedicated to his fitness, health and well-being. He is currently undergoing a modified version of the popular Wendler’s 5-3-1 strength program which focuses on the higher % rep maxes (some pretty HEAVY weight!) for the big 3 lifts; deadlift, squat and bench press. We have primarily focused on accessory lifts during our PT sessions. This, coupled with the modified version of the 5-3-1 program I’ve designed for him which he does on his own has helped him increase the 5 rep maxes in the 3 lifts by a total of 45kg in just 4 weeks. Not to mention, he managed to drop a bit of body fat along the process too. Impressive! How he manages to balance out his studies, his work, rock climbing, training in the gym 3-4 times a week and everything else in between is simply inspiring. No excuses at all for this man!
