21.01.2022 My homemade paste collection is coming along. Today was Thai Red Curry Paste. The Cookidoo recipe I chose made ‘a lot’ so I divided most of it into ice cube trays (my visiting Dad nicked a bit!), then put in the freezer. Prior to freezing I weighed one cube. A great way to know how many cubes are needed for your particular recipe. Tomorrow I’ll pop the cubes into a zip lock bag to free up the trays for my next cook up!

12.01.2022 Cookidoo pizza dough is super easy. The kids did the dough while I chopped up the toppings. So much fun watching the dough double in size. I would have saved about $80 not getting TA!!!!
