My favourite juice of the day is the Anti-inflammatory Blend. Recipe: Juice 1/4 pineapple 1 pear 1 lime 3cm ginger root 1/4 cucumber 1/2 stalk celery 1 floret cauliflower 1/2 avocado Juice everything except the avocado. 13.01.2022 This is my beautiful dog Lucy She has been with me for the past 7 years. I rescued her from the pound in Perth WA. She started to show signs that her body was failing her and I had to make the decision of when to let her go. I decided to ask her Spirit what she wanted. She told me that she was ready to leave and move on into her next life. I was also very fortunate to be able to ask her how she wants to pass over and where she wants her body buried. She chose next to the frangipanis out the front of our house. Now when I look at these trees and smell their lovely aroma I think of how lucky I have been to have Lucy in my life. I have no doubt she will be a human in her next life, she was so wise and kind. Her parents will be lucky to have her Spirit as part of their family. I hope one day I meet her Spirit again Love you Lucy

12.01.2022 It has been a while between posts. I have moved into my new home which I now own. Yay! No more renting. I am situated in Jensen and am currently setting up my new business room. Appointments are available from 20th August, I look forward to getting back into it and meeting my beautiful clients again

10.01.2022 Remember, your reaction is everything. So take a quiet moment if you need to. Be mindful of hyper-reactivity over reactivity. It's okay if you react, bu...t think about what you might want to do with that reaction. You might not want to make a phone call, make an accusation, send an email. You might want to go, "I'm just going to leave the room for 20 minutes so that I can process this before I take an action to try and purge the emotion through my actions." Which is often what we do. It's like, "Oh, this doesn't feel good. Right. I'm going to tell you what your problem is." It's like, "Whoa." It's kind of vomiting the emotion out. 09.01.2022 This is so true! When we get out of our head and into our heart everything calms down and we can see our path forward. The trick is to notice the mind chatter and consciously stop and move that energy down into the heart and breathe...breathe... breathe... listen to your heart beat and with every breath sink into yourself a little more until you are centred. I find when i do this the anxiety goes and clarity is restored. How do you centre yourself when the mind is on overdrive ?
