12.01.2022 Repost @mdcosmeticinjections This breaks my heart Often, I wonder how people can be so cruel to say something nasty about someone else’s appearance. Personally, I would never even think twice about commenting something negative about how someone looks. We cannot help the way we were born. Comments like these are sometimes the reasons people become insecure and seek plastic surgery and then those same people have the audacity to say people who get plastic surgery are i...nsecure. I’m pretty lucky and don’t get many trolls, but I’ve had a few make nasty comments on some photos I’ve put up. I have ZERO tolerance when it comes to commenting something negative about ones appearance. It’s an instant delete, block and report. Patients present to me for numerous reasons - some have been in car accidents, have medical conditions such as Bells Palsy, some have been in domestic violence and wanted to disguise the scars from physical abuse where they looked in the mirror everyday and saw what happened over, and over, and over. I have always said to please, be kind and think before you speak. Your words can have an impact on someone’s life forever. They may forgive what you’ve said, but they will never forget it. I want to use my platform to say this is not okay. How would these people feel if these comments were said about them? Please, be kind. You never know what someone else is going through.
