11.01.2022 Today I removed this plant when I first saw it a few months ago I thought it was a nice plant my customer wanted her veggie patch back that it had taken over for just a few years, I set about researching it and found out it was tropical poke weed/red ink plant and that it is toxic the berries the sap and the root system very toxic Don’t panic just don’t eat it and avoid skin contact if you do touch it just wash up with soap and water. No before and after pictures today but here is what it looks like it seems to be a bit of a spread on the island which doesn’t surprise me as each berry has thousands of seeds in and there’s lots of berries on each pokey bit and lots of them too

01.01.2022 Been busy helping this great customer building the frame work for their deck boardwalk, ready for them to put the deck boards on now. Ohhh! A little mishap with a hand saw today I tried to saw my arm off (it’s a bit saw lol but I live) the customer helped out with a first aid fix up then a trip to the hub in Cowes for the patch up once I finished off
