20.01.2022 This internal renovation was completed during the peak of COVID, where all social distancing and hygiene measures were observed. Originally a u-shape kitchen layout, the owners wanted to modernize and increase the space. The existing bench was removed and a fixed kitchen island was installed. Similarly the aesthetic in the the lounge area was remodelled to include greater storage and define the the focal point of the room.... 10.01.2022 This open plan kitchen/living conversion created a modern, space-filled lifestyle for our return clients. Double brick walls were demolished to make way for a load bearing beam that connected the two spaces. It also introduced more light and greater air flow which will allow for better ventilation in the warmer months ahead. 05.01.2022 New year...new outdoor entertainment space Our client was having backyard drainage issues which resulted in a mud pit and a place to avoid. The Anything Residential team were able to redirect the water overflow and build a custom deck to extend the outdoor living area. The biggest winners were our clients grandkids who could comfortably shoot a few hoops, scoot around or have a splash with the water table.
