I would suggest you get to a Engadine, Heathcote or Helensburgh Football Fields for this one full full 100s or measure out 50 metres from where you are working out and do your runs out 50 and turn back x 4 to do the full 400m. Either way 4 mile is 6,400m and with 4 rounds you'll punch out 1600m each round.
