25.01.2022 Quick 'n' Easy Saturday! Barramundi & Slaw Bowls Ingredients ... 4 soft white wraps 2 fresh barramundi fillets, skin on 350g avo ranch coleslaw kit 200g sweet cherry tomatoes, halved Method 1. Preheat oven to 180c. Turn 4 x 9cm bowls upside down and spray with oil. Heat wraps as per packet instructions. 2. Press wraps over bowls. Bake, on baking tray, for 8 minutes. Remove wraps from bowls, turn right-side up and bake for 5 minutes or until golden. Cool. 3. Pat fish skin dry. Season. Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan. Cook fish, skin-side down, for 2-3 minutes. Turn and cook for 4 minutes. Cool. Flake. 4. Toss coleslaw with half the dressing from the kit. Fill bowls with slaw, fish and tomato, and feta from the kit. Serve with remaining dressing.

Salmon & Pasta Salad Ingredients... 1 cup cooked wholemeal pasta 95g tin salmon in spring water, drained, flaked 1 cup broccoli, steamed, chopped 1 tbs chopped parsley 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp olive oil Method 1. Combine 1 cup cooked wholegrain pasta, 95g tin salmon in spring water, drained, flaked, 1 cup broccoli, steamed and chopped, and 1 tbs chopped parsley. Add 2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil, toss to combine. Divide between 2 containers. Pack 1 into lunch box. The second container will keep in the fridge for up to 2 days

This will start as of 12.01am Saturday the 1st of August.... We have reviewed member usage with the aim of accomodating as many of our members as possible. 22.01.2022 Hi Anytimers, Please find below an update to our entry procedure given the latest government requirements. All businesses across NSW are now required to use the NSW Government QR code system to keep a record of who has visited their premises. For Anytime Fitness, this is in addition to our usual fob entry. Whilst our fob system is fantastic at recording entry time, the Government QR Code also allows members to mark their exit time, assisting the government with contact traci...ng should the need occur. Contact tracing is one of the most powerful tools to stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community. If you have not already done so, you will need to download the Service NSW app on your phone from your relevant app store. On entry to the club, you simply scan the QR code on the service NSW poster with your phone camera, the app's check-in page will automatically open and you can to fill in your details. At the end of your visit to the club, you simply re-open the app to check out. Please be aware that at this stage face masks are not mandatory in the gym, the building we are in is considered a shopping complex and as such when you enter the car park or the ground foyer and lift, you are required to wear a mask until you enter the gym. Thank you for helping us do our part to keep our community safe.

20.01.2022 Quick n Easy Saturday! Lamb Burger and Slaw Ingredients... 260g lamb mince 1 x 425g can Woolworths diced beetroot, drained 2 garlic cloves 2 tbs wholegrain breadcrumbs 1 tsp olive oil 8 slices Woolworths light tasty cheese 4 tbs hommus 4 Woolworths wholemeal rolls, split 2 tomatoes, sliced 4 oak lettuce leaves 300g bag Woolworths fine cut coleslaw Method 1. Preheat oven to 180c. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 2. Place lamb mince, beetroot and garlic in a food processor and blitz until combined. Stir in breadcrumbs and season with pepper. Form mixture into four burger patties. 3. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 2 minutes each side or until browned. 4. Place patties on prepared tray, and cover each with two slices of cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until patties are cooked through. Spread 1 tbs hommus on each roll base, top with each with a pattie, tomato, lettuce, coleslaw and roll top. Serve remaining coleslaw on the side.

18.01.2022 Quick n Easy Saturday! Ingredients 1 medium zucchini, grated... 1 medium brown onion, diced bunch parsley, chopped 3 cups cooked Macro Organic spaghetti 2 x 800g cans diced Italian tomatoes 1 tbs olive oil 60g Macro nutritional yeast flakes 1 cup textured vegetable protein 4 tbs Macro sweet potato powder 1 tbs dried oregano 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 x 425g can Macro Organic no added salt lentils, drained Method 1. Place textured vegetable protein and 2/3 cup boiling water in a small bowl. Stir well and let stand for 5 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion and saut for 2 minutes. Add tomato and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add oregano, lentils, rehydrated textured vegetable protein, sweet potato powder and zucchini. Stir to combine and cook a further 2 minutes or until thick. Stir through parsley and season with pepper. 3. Divide spaghetti amongst bowls and top with bolognese sauce. Sprinkle over nutritional yeast flakes to serve.

Teriyaki Salmon bowl Ingredients... 2 x salmon fillets, skin off with Woolworths Bag & Bake with teriyaki & ginger sauce 3 cups cooked brown rice 1 packet Woolworths little gem lettuce combo, trimmed 1 carrot, spiralised 1 cucumber, spiralised 1 avocado, finely sliced 2 sheets nori, roughly sliced bunch radishes, finely sliced cup pickled sushi ginger, to garnish soy sauce, to serve Method 1. Preheat oven to 180c. Place bag & bake salmon on a tray and bake for 10 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes, then place fish in a bowl, and flake using two forks. 2. Divide rice between bowls and arrange lettuce, carrot, cucumber, avocado, nori, radish and flaked salmon around the bowls. Drizzle over any extra sauce from bag & bake bag and serve with pickled ginger and soy sauce.

Chicken Pesto Pasta Ingredients... 350g penne pasta 190g jar basil pesto 2 cups shredded cooked chicken 60g pkt baby spinach leaves 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan, plus extra to serve basil leaves, to serve Method 1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to packet directions. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. 2. Return pasta to pan, then add pesto and reserved water and toss to combine. Add chicken, spinach and parmesan, season and gently toss to combine. 3. Divide pasta mixture among bowls, scatter over extra parmesan and basil, and serve.

Thai Beef Salad Ingredients... 100g vermicelli noodles 2 tsp olive oil 300g beef sirloin steak pinch of sea salt 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, cut into 2cm cubes 8-10 grape tomatoes, halved 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into chunks 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked 1/2 bunch mint, leaves picked 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped 1 long red chilli, sliced (optional) 2 tbs fish sauce 2 tbs brown sugar 2 tbs lime juice 1 garlic clove, crushed Method 1. Place vermicelli noodles in a bowl, pour over boiling water and allow to sit for 3 minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water. Set aside. 2. To make the dressing, place fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and garlic in a small bowl and stir to dissolve sugar. Set aside. 3. Preheat oil in a medium frying pan over high heat. Season steak with salt and cook for 3 minutes, then flip and cook for a further 3 minutes. Set aside to rest uncovered for 5 minutes. 4. Thinly slice steak. Combine with noodles and remaining salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. 5. Transfer to serving plates and drizzle with dressing to serve.

Stuffed Avo Ingredients ... 1 lime, juiced 1/2 tsp wasabi paste 1 avocado 300g sushi-grade salmon, or smoked salmon, cut into 2cm cubes 1/3 cup shelled edamame beans 2 radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced 2 tsp black or white sesame seeds 1/2 cup cooked brown rice 2 spring onions, sliced Method 1. Place lime juice and wasabi paste in a small bowl and stir to combine. 2. Cut avocado in half lengthways and remove seed. Scoop out flesh using a large spoon, reserving skins. Cut flesh into 2cm cubes and add to lime dressing. Toss to coat and set aside. 3. Place salmon, edamame beans, radish and sesame seeds in a bowl and toss to combine. Toss through avocado pieces. 4. Divide rice among avocado skins then top with salmon mix. Scatter over spring onions to serve.
