15.01.2022 So.. when’s the last time you had your gas heater serviced? Given the cooler temperatures lately. We’ve been getting a lot of calls for gas heater servicing. The units pictured are just a couple of examples we have come across over the past few weeks alone. Both units were in very poor condition and beyond repair, they were both decommissioned due to safety reasons.... Gas heater services should be conducted annually to ensure your unit is in good working order, has proper combustion, and is not producing Carbon Monoxide. If You haven’t had your appliances serviced this year, we would encourage you to book an inspection with a qualified technician as soon as possible!

08.01.2022 We received a call out from our repeat clients, to have a check over their Gas Boosted Solar Hot Water System. After a Thorough check over, we found the unit was 17 years old, the panels were badly rusted, and the flow and return pump was non operational, which means that the 270L tank was stone cold on a 40 degree day! After a quick discussion with Allison and Jim we decided to remove the old, bulky and inefficient set up and install a new rinnai 26L unit which has a 6 star energy rating!

04.01.2022 A sneak peak into a renovation we’ve been working on lately.. Situated on a farm (about an hour out from Pt. Lincoln) This Rural Property received a full bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, all new PVC drainage connected to the existing septic, new hot and cold throughout, a new LPG Rinnai continuous flow hot water unit (with temperature controller),new gas service with dual stage regulator, free standing gas cooker, dishwasher and new Grundfos pump. ... This property actually belongs to my sister Amy and her husband Brock. I was so excited to be a part of the renovation on their new property, my sister Amy has been a huge part of my life and always had so much knowledge and wisdom to share, it was really good feeling to be able to return the favour, and share my knowledge and what I’ve learned over the years.
