14.01.2022 These are unprecedented times and COVID-19 is impacting us all. Our current focus is to ensure we continue to meet our customers’ expectations and needs while doing our bit to keep our employees and customers safe. Customer Returns We understand that returning items maybe a little more difficult in the current COVID 19 situation, and with this in mind, we have extended our returns policy from 14 to 30 days for the foreseeable future. Returns outside this period will be considered on a case by case basis.
