21.01.2022 TOMATO AND BUTTER BEAN SOUP Serves: 2 (250 calories each) Ingredients:... 30g finely diced Chorizo 1 finely diced Spanish onion teaspoon minced garlic 1 x 400g tin diced tomatoes 1 x 400g tin drained and rinsed butter beans 1 tablespoon tomato paste teaspoon smoked paprika Water Salt and pepper to taste Chopped parsley Method: 1. In a saucepan over medium heat fry the chorizo for a few minutes. 2. Add in onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent. 3. Add in beans, tomatoes, paprika, salt and pepper. 4. Fill up tomato tin with water and add to pan. 5. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. 6. Garnish with parsley. 17.01.2022 We want to officially welcome Dylan to our team Dylan has been training with us now for a few months learning the club systems and getting to know lots of you on Saturday while he mans the office. He has already shown he is a valuable member of our team and we can't wait till he is fully qualified as a Personal Trainer. He hopes to have his cert 4 completed by the end of the year ready to kick start 2021 with a bang. Please make him feel welcome ... Why I love fitness: Ever since being a kid and being able to kick a balloon, whether its participating in sport, watching televised events and taking notes in physical development and cognition, I have learnt to love and appreciate what the human body is capable of as well as how far it can progress. As the saying goes, ‘you only get out, what you put in. if you work hard, sooner or later, it’ll pay off.
