Jude (white jersey) is one of our local students but has already created a name for himself as the founder of The Wednesday League which he considers to be his greatest accomplishment. He was able to get the competition off the ground and running by using his experience and skills gained from working with companies in the sporting industry such as Sydney FC. The response from the media, local community and his peers has made it so rewarding. ... . Jude is currently studying to complete his HSC but he is a forward thinker with plans to continue the Wednesday League into a second season - with a whopping 50+ people registering their interest! As the league grows, his personal goal is to become fitter, healthier and lead a rewarding and efficient lifestyle. . Between studying, brainstorming ideas for The Wednesday League, spare time is something that has been hard to come by. Something that Jude does take into consideration is his mental health, particularly in times like these. Catching up with friends or watching the highlights reel from the A-League help to enjoy a little down time. . "Exercise is immensely important to me - theres no motivation like it. I can watch 10 GaryVee videos or listen to my g-up playlist four times over but putting in the physical work is its own type of stress relief. 24.01.2022 Hey team Belrose, My name is Ligia. I am originally from Brasil and I have had the privilege to be living in this beautiful country for last 6 years.... I always been involved with sports my whole life. I play soccer when I was 11 years old and I discovered volleyball when I was 14. After that I played professionally until I finished University in Physical education. I also did my Pilates course, which brought/ bring me so much happiness to be able to help people with their lives. I love travelling and hence I came to Australia. I couldnt speak any English when I arrived in 2014. I had the chance to teach beach volleyball in Manly, also worked in a coffee shop for few years (I make a good coffee btw), and I am finally working with what makes my hearts fulfilled...... healthiness. I love people in general, absolutely no way I would say no for a catch up or drinks with friends. Summer + beach + friends + fun defines me very well.

Many of you will recognise Simon whether its by face or that his name is usually on the Most Active Members board this month at the top!... . After leaving school in year 11, he moved in with his dad for 2 years. He saw how comfortable his dad was and Simon wanted that feeling too. But it led him to begin gaming and eating junk food with no physical exercise. . His health and fitness journey started in 2015 weighing in at 147kg. He knew something needed to change. . He then decided to move back with his mum where he attempted to lose the weight 3 times. His journey became reality once his twin brother became his motivator, helping Simon with his nutrition and diet. Moving to Sydney allowed me to turn my love of fitness into a business.
