We will be REMOVING the booking system tomorrow (all bookings made for early morning will remain so if you want to train early make a booking) NO TOWEL MEANS NO TRAINING... NO TIME LIMITS ON WORKOUTS We ask that you all continue to do your part by cleaning equipment down and putting it away after use. We will continue to update everyone as restrictions continue to ease. 07.01.2022 Asparagus, Prosciutto & Eggs SERVES 1 INGREDIENTS Asparagus, trimmed- 150g Prosciutto- 70g... Egg- 1 Parmesan- 10g Olive oil- 0.5tsp METHOD Heat a medium frying pan over a high heat. Take each spear of asparagus and wrap a strip of prosciutto around it, repeat with the remaining prosciutto and asparagus. Add a dash of oil to the pan and fry the asparagus until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is cooked. Sat aside once cook. Crack an egg into the pan, add a little more oil if needed and fry until the yolk is cooked to your liking. Serve the egg over the asparagus and top with grated parmesan.
