21.01.2022 We are smiling under our masks It’s great to see all of our awesome members back in the club training after the 3 day lockdown. We would like to say thank you to all of our members who came in last night and today with their masks & towels ready to jump back into training. You have all been so understanding and supportive of the new guidelines that we have to follow to ensure our facility is the safest in the community!... As a reminder in line with the Queensland Health regulations: All members must wear a mask travelling to and from the gym, throughout the club at all times and during your workouts. Remember your towel must be present for every session. Sanitize your hands entering and leaving the facility Wipe down your equipment before and after using. Follow social distancing Nothing will stop us helping you guys to keep moving

Just remember you must wear a mask 1. Walking through, to & from the Club 2. During low intensity exercise 3. Where you cannot socially distance 1.5m apart You may lower them during High Intensity & Aerobic exercise and if you feel faint, dizzy and be aware and cautious of hyperventilation then replace them to move throughout the club.
