19.01.2022 Trainer Tip - Standing EZ Bar Bicep Curls Muscles Worked: Biceps & Forearms Suggested Sets/Reps: 3 Sets/12-15 Reps ... Using an EZ Bar (as opposed to a flat bar) forces your forearm muscles to become more involved in the movement. Typically, you'll feel the burn in the biceps and upper part of the forearm. Focusing on lowering the bar slowly on the downward portion of the movement. This will ensure maximum fibre tears in the biceps and forearms, and hence more growth and adaptation.

I miss going to the gym, it has always been a part of my daily routine and I am looking forward to coming back as soon as its open again! I would say my favourite machine is the cables for chest day and overall, the versatility of what exercise I can do with it. I would say my favourite exercise is chest press, cheat meal must go to a nice piece of cheesecake! Some of my preferred hobbies include playing piano and squash for the most part Ive been doing body weight exercise such as push ups and planks through isolation, with simple light weights to try maintain my physical health.

Some of those measures include (1) zoning the gym into different areas with a maximum capacity in each zone, (2) more alchoholic fit wipes throughout the gym, (3) no towel, no train policy, (4) we'll be wiping down all equipment every hour, plus a lot more...

13.01.2022 DELICIOUS RAW CHOC PEANUT CARMEL SLICE . By Ariana @sofoody... WHAT? BISCUIT BASE cup almond meal cup desiccated coconut cup oats 6 dates 1 tbs maple syrup Pinch of pink Himalayan salt tsp cinnamon powder 1 tbs milk of choice PEANUT CARAMEL 6 dates (medjool are best!) cup peanut butter (preferably smooth, runny consistency!) 2 tbs coconut oil, melted (can substitute with other oils) cup almond milk (add gradually until mixture is thick but pourable) CHOCOLATE 1 cup dark chocolate/choc chips of choice (I love Lindt 85%) 2 tbs coconut oil, melted HOW? 1) Line a 20x20 baking tin with baking paper. 2) Add all biscuit ingredients to a food processor & combine for 1-2 minutes until it forms a thick, dough-like consistency. 3) Spread the biscuit layer evenly into the baking tin and freeze for 20 minutes. 4) Add all peanut caramel ingredients to a food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes until it forms a smooth, pour able consistency. 5) Take the biscuit base out of the freezer and pour the peanut caramel on top (use a spatula to ensure the entire biscuit base is covered with peanut caramel!). Freeze for 30 minutes. 6) Heat coconut oil & chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat until completely melted and smooth. 7) Take the slice out of the freezer and add the chocolate layer, using a spatula to ensure the entire slice is coated with the chocolate. 8) Freeze for 1-2 hours. Cut into 12-16 squares using a serrated knife. 8) It is best eaten after thawing for 20 minutes. Store in the freezer for months (in my house, it doesn't last longer than a 3 days!!)
