09.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT In accordance with public health orders and to ensure the safety of all our team & members, we will once again be operating under a Covid safe plan which includes proof of a double vaccination status as a condition of entry. It is a requirement to keep your proof of vaccination on you at all times when accessing the club as you may be required to show proof at any time when training in the club. We also ask that if you wish to train outside of staff...ed hours you provide proof of your vaccination status either by conveniently uploading online (link in bio), or by showing to our team on your first visit to the club during staffed hours. Should you wish, you are also welcome to provide proof of vaccination status to our team regardless of if you intend on training outside of staffed hours. Your FOB key will not work outside of staffed hours unless the above is completed correctly. For reference our re-opening staffed hours will be: Monday: 10:00am - 7:00pm Tuesday: 10:00am - 7:00pm Wednesday: 10:00am - 7:00pm Thursday: 10:00am - 7:00pm Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm Your access fob will be automatically reactivated on 11th October 2021. 09.01.2022 "Hey, are you open today" "Oh, of course, we are!" Our first day back on Monday the 11th of October was a day to never forget. Seeing so many of our members returning to our doors and getting right back into training was a sight to behold. Watching friends and family share the love and our community being so supportive of each other. ... Really reminds us, why we do what we do. And that is being a supportive figure in the community and having a place where people can call it their second home. Where fitness and family meet and flourish. Especially when covid locks our gyms down. So, what do we do with our goals? Do we stop them completely and keeping pushing them back? Let me ask you how long have you been doing that for, when things just weren’t going your way? For many the answer is ALOT How do we change the mindset around this? Well goals aren’t meant to be accomplished through sheer will and hope. There Meant for you to create behaviours that change your attitude and the way you act around poor habits and self sabotage. So here’s what you do. 1. Practice daily habits that build resilient and proactive skills around your goals. 2. You build skills over time that achieve your goals 3. When problems arise don’t think failure think solutions (solution-skill based focused) This approach is deemed progressive and accountable to you especially when covid tries and takes all your hard work away from you!
