Simply bring your friend or family in with you when you train in staffed hours, get them to see staff BEFORE they train and get moving. Exercise has many benefits on mental health including relieves stress, improves memory, improves sleep, and boosts your overall mood and having a supportive mate to train with is even better...! Tag your mate to get them keen to come train IMPORTANT: All guests MUST sign in with staff BEFORE they train and bring their own clean towel.

05.01.2022 New class Starting from this Saturday the 29th of November we are introducing a boxing class into our timetable. This consists of partnered boxing combinations tied in with come body weight exercises. There will also be no more Monday morning class. COVID regulations for boxing:... -If you can please bring your own boxing gloves and inners, that would be very helpful! -Inners and gloves provide by the club will be washed after every use. -Sanitiser will be provided at all classes.

04.01.2022 Tasty Tuesday Chickpea Curry with Cauliflower Rice SERVES 4 INGREDIENTS... Cumin seeds- 1 tsp Mustard seeds- 1 tsp Sweet potato, diced- 200g Coconut oil- 1 tsp Capsicum, deseeded and sliced- 150g Onion, sliced thin- 150g Garlic cloves, crushed- 3 Ground turmeric- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon- 1/2 tsp Paprika- 1/4 tsp Curry powder- 1 tsp Coconut milk- 300ml Canned chickpeas- 400g Coconut sugar- 10g Cauliflower rice- 400g METHOD In a large skillet or pan toast the cumin and mustard seeds for 1-2 minutes until they start to pop and smell fragrant. Add the oil to the pan along with the sweet potato, capsicum and onion. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion starts to become translucent. Add a dash of water if anything starts to stick. Add in the garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, paprika and curry powder and cook for 1-2 minutes more so the spices are a little cooked. Again, add more water if needed. Pour in the coconut milk, chickpeas and coconut sugar. Leave to simmer on low for 30 minutes until the sweet potato is cooked through. Steam or microwave your cauliflower rice and serve alongside your delicious curry. 02.01.2022 TASTY TUESDAY THAI CHICKEN CURRY SERVES 2 INGREDIENTS... Green curry paste - 100g Chicken breast- 300g Brown onion, diced- 100g Coconut milk - 100ml Stock- 100ml Green Capsicum, sliced thin- 100g Snowpeas, trimmed and halved- 100g Brown sugar- 10g Fish sauce - 5ml Cauliflower rice- 300g Coriander to serve- 20g Lime- 1 METHOD 1. Place a large frying pan over a medium heat and once hot add the curry paste. Stir for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. 2. Add a dash of water and add the chicken breast and onion. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the onion starts to soften. 3. Pour in the coconut milk, stock and capsicum and leave to simmer for 10 minutes. 4. Add in the brown sugar, fish sauce and snow peas. Taste and add more fish sauce or brown sugar to your liking. 5. Serve over steamed cauliflower rice and fish with fresh coriander and a wedge of lime.
