23.01.2022 Hello SGT Anytimer's We would love feed back for your preferred time for Saturday SWEAT Sessions as we resume tomorrow 20th JUNE. Would you prefer 7 am or 8 am Saturdays?... We are going to cap our sessions at 12 people initially so will require members to register for all sessions - time table will be out today!
