13.01.2022 STAFF SPOTLIGHT - Ben Chong Wong Growing up I was bullied as a kid, took up training to get big for sports, like rugby, worked my ass off so I can Hold my own, found great mental solidarity in training and how it boosted my confidence. Competed in athletics and represented New Zealand overseas, became a personal trainer because I loved the process of striving for a goal and even if I don’t get it, I fell in love with the process of achievements Towards reaching it, and I wan...t to help guide others, give people what I wasn’t able to get growing up. I am currently Training for a bodybuilding competition later on in the year. I hope in my journey as a trainer I can promote mental health and promote sustainable lifestyle changes.
