The health and safety of our members and staff is our highest priority and we are closely monitoring official recommendations and mandates related to COVID-19.... Members, From this Friday 19th June, we will be following the latest advice from Government and will be allowed up to 75 people throughout our gym.... Key points: 75 people max allowed inside gym. TIME LIMITS on training REMOVED Anytime Fitness Golden Grove will continue to be 24/7, no bookings required. Social distancing must still be adhered to. Peak times may be a little bit more, but way less than at the grocery store and other public places. 05.01.2022 Dear Members and Community of Anytime Fitness Golden Grove, We apologise for any delays in contact, we are currently being inundated with hundreds of messages and calls, it has been impossible to respond to everyone whilst managing the shut down. We will come to you with emails over the next 24 hours regarding your memberships & freeze's, please do not stress.... For many, exercise providers are an essential service to maintain not only physical but also mental health. Whilst we support the Government measures taken to flatten the curve of COVID-19, we urge that you take measures to stay active and support your immune health through alternative forms of exercise at this time. Please be mindful of social distancing guidelines while exercising. Australia, we apologise that it has come to this. We apologise that we can not be open for you at this time when our facilities are so sorely needed by many. However, we are confident that once this passes we will all be stronger for it. Please understand this is an extremely tough and upsetting time for all team members who now also find themselves out of a job for the foreseeable future. We ask for your patience as we work through this. The owner of gym will be doing everything he can to support our staff and our members to ensure we have a facility to come back to once this is over. 05.01.2022 To all our members, Further to our update yesterday of the forced closure of all gyms in Australia, our team have been working all hours to enact the shutdown and now have completed freezing all members accounts. There is zero freeze fee during this period. This is an utterly devastating situation especially with such short notice of 16 hours, it left us scrambling.... We have had hundreds of calls and messages, it's been impossible to respond to all. Our apologies for the delays. Thank you to all our very kind members and their beautiful messages wishing us well and some even offering to pay their fees just to keep the our doors open on the other side of this, this kindness is overwhelming. Although Anytime Fitness is a franchise, our clubs are individually owned small businesses. We are facing many of the same problems that our community is facing. We are all in this together and we will all come out of this together. There has been an email communicated to all members with a full update of some further options we have for you during this temporary closure. 04.01.2022 KEEPING GOLDEN GROVE GERM FREE We dont want anything getting in the way of your health and fitness and stopping you from working out. This is why we stocked up on @WIPESAUS gym disinfectant which kills 99.9% of germs, so you can kill 100% of your workouts ... Other steps were taking include: Increased professional cleans. High grade antibacterial soaps provided in the bathrooms. More antibacterial dispensers arriving soon. Antibacterial wipes on equipment throughout the day. We need your help with the following: Thoroughly wipe down all gym equipment after use from top to bottom. Always use a sweat towel while working out. Practice good hygiene and wash hands frequently. Make use of the available wipes and soap. If you cant see them or notice stocks running low ask a member of the team . Do not come to the gym if you are sick. We have only your health in mind and want our fitness community to feel safe and minimise the chance of you picking up any nasty bugs this flu season Heres to our health!
