25.01.2022 Congratulations to Daniel, our Member of the Month for November! Daniel has been an AF legend for just over 4 years now and is super consistent with his training. He comes in 5 days a week and also still plays soccer twice a week too! He got back into the gym to recover from a neck and spinal injury and has never looked back. He has managed to lose weight and put on muscle while training in 8 week blocks. His current goal is to work on his chest as he feels like that is the m...uscle group that is lacking at the moment. Daniels favourite cheat meal is cheese stuffed crust pizzas! His wife is also a chef and tried to tempt him with delicious home made meals and treats too! Daniels favourite fitness/life quote is "respect is the basis of everything". Congratulations once again Daniel you are an absolute legend! 15.01.2022 HEALTHY RECIPE This Superfood Rocky Road is sooo easy to make, it’s delicious and by substituting the commonly used lollies it’s better for you too. Ingredients: Cup Blackcurrant and Chia Pieces Cup Roasted Almonds... Cup Glace Ginger Cup Goji Berries Cup Toasted Coconut Flakes Cup Pistachios 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs 500g Dark Chocolate Pinch of Salt Method: Step 1 Grease the base and sides of a 16 x 26cm slice pan. Line with baking paper. Combine blackcurrant and chia pieces, almonds, ginger, goji berries, 12 cup coconut flakes and 13 cup pistachios in a large bowl. Combine cacao nibs, extra goji and remaining coconut flakes and pistachios in a small bowl. Set aside. Step 2 Place chocolate, oil and salt in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of just simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth. Add chocolate mixture to almond mixture. Stir to combine. Spoon into prepared pan. Sprinkle with cacao mixture. Place in fridge for 4 hours or until set.

11.01.2022 Meet Alice, our PT Member of the Month for November. Like many others, Alice found the lock-down period very challenging and put on a few extra kilos. Since June this year Alice has been working really hard and has lost an amazing 10kg! Which is more than what she had gained during lockdown!... Alice is an inspiration to many other members. She is now looking forward to losing a few more kilos before Christmas!

10.01.2022 Member of the Month Big congratulations to AF Legend Josh. He has been a member for just over a year now. He joined with the goal of losing weight and making a lifestyle change. Josh started coming in 3 days a week and has worked his way up to consistently coming in 6 days a week! He does not let work or time get in the way, he even trains as late as 11pm if he is busy with work.... He as managed to lose an amazing 17 hard earned kilos! He has now set his sights on muscle gainz! Joshua's Favourite exercise at the moment is the Bench Press and has set is goal at 110KG Bench! 09.01.2022 PT MEMBER OF THE MONTH Joseph has been smashing out sessions with me for almost a year now and he always gives 110% in every single session we have. He's hasn't missed a session since we started! We've had a big focus on strength training so far, particularly functional strength training. His favourite exercise is smashing out some tyre flips but we've also thrown in a few dead-ball slams and sled pushes.... His next big goal is to lose 5kg before the end of the year and we're gonna smash this through a combination of hard training and a caloric deficit. Joseph's favourite training quote comes directly from the big man Bruce Lee; "Don't get set into one form, adapt it and build your own, and let it grow, be like water. Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless like water. Now you put water in a cup, it becomes the cup; You put water into a bottle it becomes the bottle"

08.01.2022 January’s member of the month goes to much-loved Gunners legend Meric <3 He has been a member with Anytime for over 3 years now and is one of the friendliest and welcoming members of the Gunners community. Meric’s favourite exercise is the deadlift and his all time PB is an astonishing 235kg.... His long term goal is to take part in a power lifting competition. He’s training to hit a 3-Plate Bench, 5-Plate Squat and 6-Plate Deadlift. Meric’s favourite cheat meal is Goodberry’s frozen custard and if he’s bulking he’ll eat it up to 6 times a week! His proudest achievement is the number of friends that he has brought into the gym. We can attest to this, Meric has brought so many of his friends into a fitness lifestyle and it’s inspirational. The favourite training quote that he loves is Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
