Whilst this is very disappointing, we understand the State Government’s decision to enforce restrictions, it is a measure that needs to be taken for the greater good of everyone’s health. We really feel for you, our members, that we are once again in a place of uncertainty but we want to thank you for your on-going support. If you are struggling to figure what to do for your training today try this. 3 Minute AMRAP... 1 - 30 star jumps 2 - 10 inch worm pushups 3 - 10 deep squats 4 - 5 lunges each leg 5 - 10 sit ups repeat 3 minute rest, repeat 2 more times and sweat it out! make sure to stay hydrated too
