Friday 4:30am to 7pm Saturday 7am to 7pm Sunday 7am to 7pm To reserve your workout session, follow these simple steps: 1. Visit reserve.anytimefitness.com/clubs/ 2. Select our club (Keilor Downs VIC) 3. Choose the time that works for you 4. Enter your details including your key FOB number 5. Confirm You will receive an email confirmation. There is a limit of 20 members per hour, you can start booking your sessions in from today Saturday the 7th November ready for Monday the 9th. Our showers and water bubbler will not be in use at this time, you can purchase bottles of water and disposable towels through our vending machine - We've increased our cleaning schedule and extended our staffed hours to accommodate usage and ensure all rules are followed - Please ensure you have your mask on at all times when entering and leaving the facility and with you when you are training. 23.01.2022 SEAFOOD MARINARA Serves 2 (or makes 2 prepped meals!) Ingredients:... Onion, finely diced - 100g Garlic cloves, minced - 4 Olive oil Seafood marinara mix - 300g White wine - cup Passata - 500ml Tomato puree - 2 tbsp Brown sugar - 1 tsp Salt & pepper - Zucchini noodles - 400g Parsley and chilli to serve Method: 1. To a large frying pan add the olive oil and turn the heat to medium. Sautee the onion for 2-3 minutes until translucent and add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. 2. Next turn the heat to high, add the white wine and bring to a simmer, cook until you can no longer smell the alcohol. Add in the passata and tomato paste and bring back to a simmer 3. Add in the brown sugar, salt and pepper and stir before adding in the seafood. Separate the seafood if you can and add the larger pieces in first followed by the smaller pieces. 4. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the seafood is cooked through. Taste the sauce and add more seasoning if needed. 5. Stir through the zucchini noodles, allow to cook for 30 seconds before serving so the noodles stay fresh and crisp and do not start to lose water. 6. 22.01.2022 CHICKEN SKEWERS WITH YOGURT DIP Serves 2 (or makes 2 prepped meals!) Ingredients:... Chicken thigh, diced - 300g Garlic clove, crushed - 1 Olive oil - 1 tsp Zest and juice of lemon - 1 Salt and pepper Yogurt - 200g Cucumber, diced fine - 100g Mint, chopped fine - 10g Parsley, chopped fine - 10g Rocket - 100g Red onion, sliced fine - 40g Baby tomatoes, halved - 80g Skewers soaked in water for 20 minutes - 6 Method: 1. Make the chicken by combining the chicken, garlic, oil and lemon and season with salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes. 2. Once marinated, thread onto skewers and cook on a bbq or grill until cooked through, this should take around 20 minutes. 3. Meanwhile make the yoghurt dip by combining the yoghurt, mint, parsley and cucumber and season with salt and pepper. 4. 17.01.2022 BUTTER CHICKEN WITH CAULI RICE Serves 4 (or makes 4 prepped meals!) Ingredients:... Coconut oil - 2 tsp Brown onion, diced - 100g Garlic, crushed - 4 cloves Garam masala - 2 tsp Cardamom - 1 tsp Ginger - 1 tsp Cumin - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1 tsp Tomato paste - 45g Lemon juice - 30ml Coconut cream - 400ml Lemon juice - 30ml Coconut cream - 400ml Chicken breast, diced - 600g Cauliflower rice - 400g Coriander - 40g METHOD 1. Sauté the onion and garlic in the coconut oil until golden in a large pot or deep frying pan, add in all the spices and cook for a further minute. Be careful not to burn the spices. 2. Add the tomato paste, lemon juice and coconut cream. Stir until combined and add in the chicken breast. 3. Cook for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 4. Steam, lightly fry or microwave the cauliflower rice, season. 5. Season and taste the curry, add spice if you prefer some heat. 14.01.2022 ROASTED VEGETABLES WITH CUMIN PORK & BROCCOLI MASH Serves 2 (or makes 2 prepped meals!) Ingredients:... Pork fillet - 250g Cumin - 5g Garlic powder - 2.5g Onion powder - 2.5g Salt - 2.5g Pumpkin, sliced - 150g Zucchini, sliced lengthways and then into quarters - 150g Mushrooms, halved - 100g Snow peas, ends trimmed - 200g Broccoli - 300g Spinach - 100g Olive oil spray Salt, pepper and lemon Method: 1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees. 2. Into a large baking tray place the pumpkin, zucchini and mushrooms. Spray with oil, season and bake for 30 minutes until cooked and golden. 3. Pat dry your pork and then rub with the salt, garlic, cumin and onion powder all over, bake in the oven for 20 minutes, slice the end off and check it is cooked to your liking. Cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. 4. Steam the broccoli until soft, remove from the steamer, season and blitz with a stick blender until mashed. Keep the steamer on and add the snow peas and spinach and cook for 5 minutes until tender. 5. Serve your pork sliced on top of the broccoli mash with a side of roasted vegetables and steamed greens. 10.01.2022 PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS, VINE TOMATOES, POACHED EGG & SPINACH Serves 2 (or makes 2 prepped meals!) Ingredients:... Portobello mushrooms - 200g Vine tomatoes - 200g Garlic clove, crushed - 1 Basil leaves, torn - 5 Eggs - 4 Baby spinach - 100g Salt and pepper Oil spray Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. 2. Mix together the mushrooms, vine tomatoes, & garlic, season with salt and pepper and spray with oil. Spread out on a roasting tray and roast for 15 minutes, when soft toss with basil and set aside. 3. Meanwhile fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil over a high heat. Once boiling reduce the heat and carefully break in the eggs. Poach for 1 1/2 minutes for runny or longer for firmer. 4. Remove the eggs from the saucepan and pour out the water, whilst the pan is still hot add in the spinach and sauté until wilted. 5.
