22.01.2022 Choc Banana Pancakes anyone?! Simple, few ingredient and quick! Defiantly a must try! You can easily change to the Protein powder to any you have at home. If you make these tag us so we can see your creations Have a great Sunday Ingredients:... 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder (around 70g) 2 ripe bananas 1 egg 1 tsp butter Directions: Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork over a chopping board until consistency becomes mushy. Add the mashed bananas to a bowl and mix with protein powder and egg until mixture is combined well. Heat a pan over low heat and melt butter. Add a small ladel of batter to the pan. Wait until you begin to see small holes/bubbles in the pancake. Flip and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. #sunday #pancakes #leahitsines #anytimefitness #adelaide #mileeend #gym #fitness #weights

18.01.2022 This looks amazing!!! Fresh lemon juice, Extra virgin olive oil, Garlic cloves, Salt and ground black pepper, Skinless-boneless chicken breast halves Zucchini Marinade the chicken: In a small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breast to a Ziploc bag and pour over the lemony marinade; seal the bag and gently press the marinade around the chicken to evenly coat. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.... Prepare zucchini: Meanwhile thoroughly wash the zucchini and pat the excess moisture with a paper towel. Using a sharp knife cut off the ends. Now simply, make diagonal cuts across the zucchini to get 1/2 inch-thick pieces. Get the grill ready: Spray the grill with some cooking spray and preheat to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it onto the preheated grill along with zucchini slices. Grill the chicken: Grill the chicken breast for 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer inserted reads 165F. Zucchini will cook pretty fast, it should take no longer than 5 minutes to get nicely charred and tender. Once done, remove from the grill and serve hot. ENJOY! See more

14.01.2022 Bourbon Chicken Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 1 inch pieces... 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/4 cup bourbon apple juice can be substituted 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons sliced green onions optional Instructions: Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds. While the chicken is cooking. In a medium bowl whisk together the bourbon, brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, water, soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately, over rice if desired. Enjoy

You could easily prep them in advance! Ingredients 150 g steel-cut oats 120 g unsweetened almond milk... 90 g ripe or thawed banana 50 g liquid egg whites 8 g pure maple syrup 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract PREP TIME 5 minutes COOKING TIME 10 minutes Instructions Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until all ingredients are incorporated. Let mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken. Spray a nonstick pan with a little nonstick spray and heat the pan over medium heat. When the pancake batter is ready, pour 50 g servings into the pan. Pancakes will be about 3.5 inches across. Flip pancakes when brown on the bottom and bubbled on the edges. Yes, you can add protein powder to the recipe! 06.01.2022 White Chocolate Fudge & Peanut Butter Protein Truffles!! Tag someone who could demolish these . Makes 15 truffles Nutrition per truffle kcal: 102, Protein: 7g, Carbs: 3g, Fat: 7g... 60g Pea Protein 80g Loaded Nuts White Chocolate Fudge Rapids 10g Zero Syrup Honey 100g dark chocolate 70g finely chopped salted peanuts Directions: Step 1. Mix your pea protein 80, honey and loaded nuts in a large bowl until combined. If you find your mixture is too dry, add more peanut butter. Add more protein powder if the mixture is too wet Step 2. Once your mixture is a consistency that you can handle, roll into equal sized balls (as big or small as you like) and place on a cling film or parchment lined baking tray. Refrigerate to chill for an hour. Step 3. While theyre chilling, melt your chocolate in a heatproof bowl, either in the microwave (stirring every 10 seconds) or in a glass/metal bowl over a pan of boiling water. Step 4. Once melted, allow to cool slightly and cover a baking tray in clingfilm or Step 5. Remove your balls from the fridge and using a skewer (or fork) coat in dark chocolate one-by-one until fully covered. Step 6. Place back onto a lined baking tray and sprinkle each truffle with the finely chopped salted peanuts until covered. Step 7. Return to the fridge for at least an hour to chill before eating. Step 8. Remove and let sit for a minute or two before eating enjoy!

01.01.2022 Now its more important than ever to fuel your body with good healthy foods! This Chicken salad is easy to make, healthy and yummy! Don't let lockdown ruin all your progress Ingredients: 1 large chicken breast 1 garlic clove, crushed ... 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp paprika Salt and pepper, to taste 1/2 cup cous cous, uncooked 1 tbsp butter 1 cucumber, halved and sliced 1 small red onion, sliced 1/2 cup kalamata olives 5-8 cherry tomatoes, halved 4 tbsp tzatziki Directions: Pre-heat oven to 180C/350F. In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken in garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. On a non stick frying pan, splash a little olive oil and heat to a medium high heat. Place chicken onto the frypan and lightly brown on all sides. Place chicken onto a lined baking tray and into the oven for 15 minutes or until completely cooked through. (this way, it won't overcook and dry out on the pan!) Once cooked, slice into strips. Cook cous cous according to packet instructions. When adding the water to cous cous, add the dollop of butter and mix through. This will help the cous cous from sticking. Into a bowl, add the cucumber, red onion, olives, cherry tomatoes and cooked cous cous. Top with the sliced chicken. Either keep the tzatziki on the side, or mix it through (my favourite!) EAT!
