21.01.2022 Eat Cheat Meals You read that correctly, I said cheat. You need to cheat from time to time. Two reasons for cheating are 1) to keep yourself sane and 2) to keep your body on it’s toes. Let’s face it if you are eating the same healthy diet every day you are going to get bored and perhaps give in and say it’s not worth it. This is why you need to cheat from time to time, I would say once or twice a week. Get in a quick cheat get it out of your system and get back on track af...ter. Perhaps even more important than getting it out of your system is the fact that a cheat meal will throw your body a curve ball. Your body gets used to eating healthy and low carb and will start to adapt and start to slow your metabolism. This is why you need to cheat every few days just to throw your body a curve ball so that it can adjust and will keep the metabolism high. #saad

21.01.2022 Work your core !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Most people want a tighter tummy but don't know what training is required. Sit-ups and crunches only tone the six-pack muscles; they won't tighten your tummy or reduce girth. For that you need core posture work. Almost every exercise, from squats to push-ups, has a core component. Focus on maintaining your posture during all your exercises and you'll work your core. Add core-specific moves, such as planks and core climbers,and you'll see results.

17.01.2022 CONSUME A HIGH QUALITY POSTWORKOUT MEAL The meal right after you train should be high in fast burning carbs and protein. The ideal candidate for this would be a protein shake coupled with some form of sugar. When you train, you put your body in a catabolic state. You destroy it so that it can build itself back bigger and stronger. However, if you don't supply the raw building blocks, then how can your body efficiently repair itself?... For the average person, a 40 g protein shake and 75 g of carbs is plenty. Just make sure you don't waste any time and slam the drinks down as soon as you finish training. They weren't masters ...of physiology, but they said ‘You’ll burn more fat.’ and they were right! The best time to work out when you’re trying to burn fat is in the morning after you’ve fasted all night when blood sugar is kind of low, he continues. Why load up on glucose and carbs and then just burn that when working out? 07.01.2022 Go to your full range of motion !!!!!!!!!! It's a lot easier to do a push-up that goes halfway to the ground than a push-up that goes all the way to the ground. The weakest part of a push-up is at the bottom and this is therefore the part that needs the most training. This is the case with all exercises: the deeper you go into them, without feeling pain in your joints, the better your gains will be. Keep reminding yourself it's not an exercise unless you have taken it through the full range of motion. You'll really feel it the next day!

01.01.2022 HIGH CALORIES = ANABOLIC STATE One of the most overlooked factors in bodybuilding is consuming enough protein but not eating enough calories per day. You've always heard that your body needs protein to grow and this is true. However, adequate protein does not always entail growth. You need to consume adequate calories also. The truth is, if you don't consume enough calories, then you're not growing. A good rule of thumb is to take your bodyweight and multiply this by 10 or 12... depending on how in shape you are. Then add on 1000-1500 calories per day. I once read that Jay Cutler got big by eating small meals every hour and half. Although he was eating smaller meals, his total caloric intake was above his daily caloric expenditure putting his body in an anabolic state.
