25.01.2022 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT Meet Peter @chucklez92 "During Covid times its has been difficult but managing ok. I’ve been walking every day, my goal are 10k steps each day and have been hitting that goal most days. Also do arms and chest workouts with dumbbells. I do that at least 30 minutes to an hour a day.... Eating wise has also been difficult, watching what I´m eating in small portions. I have replaced a meal with a shake in the morning for the time being. When I get hungry I snack on fruit or muesli bar. Have missed the gym very much and missing the friendly staff there... Can’t wait to get back very soon! Try and make the most out of the rest of 2020! We miss you to Peter! We can’t wait to see all our members again #teammopo

Whilst this is very disappointing, we understand the State Governments decision to enforce restrictions, it is a measure that needs to be taken for the greater good of everyones health. 15.01.2022 Dear members, Weve had some questions regarding how our club will open on Monday. We are following the government guidelines and we are pleased to share:... We will be 24 hours!! As per government guidelines, we are lucky to have a number of zones and spaces that can each accomodate 20 people. This means we have a capacity of 60 members at any one time: 20 members on carpet upstairs. 20 members on black rubber upstairs. 20 members in downstairs area. You are free to move about the club. However, please be mindful of the number of members per space. We have signs displaying the capacity of each area. We ask that you do not cross between surfaces too frequently. We understand that it may be different in the beginning but we are confident restrictions will change and allow us to return to a new normal Outside of staffed hours there is a limit of 20 members per club. However, we will be extending our hours as of Wednesday to ensure we can have up to 60 people as long as possible. Outside of these hours we have not exceeded 20 at any one time in the past. So please feel safe knowing we have a safe club for you and that no booking will be required. All of our surfaces have been coated in a product that kills bacteria for up to 30 days. You MUST bring a towel - we will be refusing entry for members who arrive without a towel unless you purchase one with staff Masks are MANDATORY - we know they aren’t pleasant but Government regulations state you must wear one other than when completing strenuous exercise, so please ensure you have it when you arrive, exit and are in the club Bookings are also essential for now and you must STICK to your session times of 60 minutes and arrive no more than 5 minutes before the beginning of your time to ensure our previous members have time to exit the club and staff are able to clean We appreciate all of your support and patience as we navigate through this unprecedented time See more

MAKES 2 SERVES (571G PER SERVE) INGREDIENTS Flour, wholemeal (wheat), self-raising- 1 cup Eggs, chicken, whole- 1 large egg (vegan replacement: 1 flax egg) Fresh Lite Milk- 1 1/2 cup (vegan replacement: your fav nut milk ) Sugar, caster- 1/2 tb Salt, cooking- 1/2 tsp Strawberries, fresh- 250g Pantalica Cheese Co. 03.01.2022 Dear member and guests, Today we finally reopened after four long months. We are having some teething problems with our booking system resulting in the below issues.... 1. My home club is not moonee ponds. - unfortunately, at the moment if you currently live in moonee ponds but your home club is elsewhere. You can only book 3 hours in advance. We cannot change your home club as this is an automatic system driven by our head office. Eventually your membership will follow you and transfer to your favored club. This is only a temporary problem due to our maximum person allowance within the clubs. Once this is lifted you will not have to worry. 2. How do I book? Please use the link provided in your welcome back email. If you have not received it you have possibly unsubscribed from our emails. Please email us on [email protected] and we will assist you. Please give us time to respond 3. We are currently not offering any causal memberships. If you signed up with us prior to our closure on a casual membership. For example you were only going to train for two weeks or a month. Unfortunately, we have to service our existing members first and we can either refund this casual membership or credit you this amount and convert you to a full membership. Your only other option is to train once our capacity is increased. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but we have to help our loyal members first. 4.
