It has been quite an effort over the past few days recruiting new team members & organizing Professional Contract Marshalls so we have no interruption to your membership. ... Instead of shortening our hours , we are taking all these proactive steps so our members still get the full benefit of their membership. It all comes at huge expense , but you are worth it ! We are also running a competition! When our staff or trainers are not on site , we have our Professional Hygiene Marshalls (same ones that work at the NRL), they are easily identifiable in uniform inside the facility. If you are able to SNAP A SELFIE with them & tag us in an insta story you go into the running to win a daily prize. The best one per week will receive $50 membership credit ! 16.01.2022 Update As always we are still 24/7, we were the only local gym to not take it away. We simply love our members and didn’t want to interrupt your experience. Today NSW health lifted the rule for 24/7 Marshalls to be on site when averaging under 20 members using the club. ... We are still 24/7, our external support from Guardian Marshalls will conclude after tomorrow . Our office hours will be adjusted to suit the right periods , with lots of over staffing still occurring. It’s been a really testing time, we thank you for your support as we adapted to being staffed 24/7 for the required period. With the office hours growing , we’re looking forward to seeing you more often.

We have already increased our hours but will spend the next 24 hours going over all our usage patterns for every day of the week to then staff as many hours as possible for you. ... 09.01.2022 Important update After the NSW Governments need to Hygiene Marshall on site at all times we have scrambled over the past 24 hours. We value our members and dont want to rush any immediate change on you.... The club owner has organized a combination of increasing our current staffed hours plus also utilizing the services of a security company to remain as a 24 hour operation for the immediate future. We will review this every 2 weeks to make sure it is still viable as it does come at a large expense. You will see some new faces around the gym , please make them feel welcome . Enjoy your workouts
