11.01.2022 Check out this super easy Mexican bowl! Give this recipe a go for a easy lunch meal and see what you think, it looks absolutely delicious!! SERVES 1... INGREDIENTS: Mixed beans, cooked - 1/2 cup Onion, red - 1/2 onion Corn, kernels - 1/2 cup Tinned tomato - 420g Avocado - 1/4 avocado Sour cream - 2 tsp Cheese, grated - 2 tbsp Taco Shells- 2 shells METHOD: In a pot, saute onion. Once cooked through add beans, tinned tomato and corn. Stir continously until well combined. Place bean mixture into a bowl. Top with avocado, sour cream and grated cheese. Break up taco shells and serve alongside the bean mix. So Easy!! 03.01.2022 Have you tried making your own protein balls? They're not as difficult as you may think! Check out this super easy recipe that you can adjust to suit your own taste buds! INGREDIENTS: Dates - 10 dates... Cashews, raw - 1 cup Vanilla protein powder - 1 scoop Juice and zest of 1 lemon - 1 lemon Desiccated coconut- 1/4 cup + extra for rolling METHOD: Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix together. Place the extra coconut on a plate. Take 2 tablespoon scoops of the mix and roll into a ball. Roll in the extra coconut then place on a separate plate or tray. Repeat for the remaining mix. Place in the fridge until firm.
