24.01.2022 Dear Members and Community To say we love providing a caring and healthy environment for you, your family, our employees and their families, as well as our non-members that use our services is an understatement. For many of you the gym is about mental health as much as physical health. It is a place where you belong and where you have a fitness family as well. Following the announcement yesterday from Scott Morrison, we have no option but to close our doors to the gym in th...ese challenging times from midday today, Monday 23rd of March. In conjunction with our billing provider Debit Success we can advise that ALL memberships for the gym will be automatically suspended/frozen until further notice without membership fees from today. We are confident in our processes, our business and we WILL reopen once this health emergency dissipates to help get you moving and Make Healthy Happen! We have never met a more loyal membership base and we thank all of you that so far have sent in your best wishes and offers of support, and will continue to service you all online as best we can until our doors reopen. We ask you to be kind to our staff during this difficult time. We are not a big corporate business, we are a small FAMILY Owned franchised BUSINESS run by a group of local dedicated people just like you, and this is going to hurt us immensely, but we will NOT do wrong by you, so PLEASE BE PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING when dealing with our teams on emails and phone calls. For many of our casual staff and PTs, they are now facing a potential income crisis. 16.01.2022 The NSW Government has announced that gyms are to be opened during supervised hours only, commencing Saturday 1st August 2020. After observing club usage, we have extended our supervised hours dramatically to accomodate our members. Temporarily, members will no longer have 24 hour access and can only access the gym during these hours. Please note our ADMIN hours for updates to membership, sales or inquiries remains the same. These regulations are to ensure a Covid safe env...ironment for our members and guests at all times. We understand this may cause an inconvenience to some, however the decision was made by the NSW Government in the best interests of the health and safety of our community.
