The first session with Pete turned that around and rejuvenated my interest in the gym. So much so I’ve just completed 16 sessions with Pete and smashing my PBs. Best thing is Pete listens, I say I hate leg days he works it into the schedule so you see progress but don’t get put off. If your looking for a PT that will listen and ensure you reach your goals I recommend Pete. He even sticks to his word and does burpees for PBs beaten (he even does them for spelling mistakes in your schedule ).
