It has been a long 7 months, although we are super excited to now announce, as of 12:00am on the 23rd of October, our doors will be open 24 hours, 7 days a week. ... COVID-19 safety marshals will only be required in gyms when there are more than 20 people in the venue at one time. Please note, we will continue to keep our covid safety plan in place to ensure the welfare of our valued members. Our cleaning and hygiene standards will remain the same, we ask for all members to continue doing their part as you have been regarding towel use and wiping of equipment to ensure the well-being of all members. Exercise not only has a physical and mental benefits, it can also boost your immune system and help fight off infections.
